The modem is not being detected on my computer, despite working on other computers, and in spite of other devices working just fine on the computer in question. It used to be detectable, and the program's been installed, but after that, nothing. What can I do?

I recommend checking the Device Manager to see if the modem was installed correctly. Go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc. There shouldn't be any item with a yellow exclamation mark. If there is one, right click it and choose Update Driver. Reboot the PC and then try connecting the modem to the Internet again.
Additionally, make sure the software is installed then switch the USB port and avoid using any USB HUBS.
You can't repair the modem because that is not possible, however, you can repair the installation in your current operating system using its uninstaller. Simply plug the USB modem to your computer, right click its drive in My computer and select Explore. Start the application and re-install the product. This is the only maintenance operation you can take.
The modem is network locked which means that its unlocking process is entirely done by the carrier which provides the SIM card and the service. Sometimes this can be done by paying a small fee. Unlocking using 3rd party tools is also possible but it requires extra hardware for the job and it can be done at a local phone service which works independently.
I'm receiving an "Error 720: A connection to the remote computer could not be established" message. What can I do?

In order to solve the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Local Area Connection and click Properties. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) click Uninstall and restart your computer after the process is finished. Next, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. From the View menu select Show hidden devices and check if there is a WAN Miniport IP entry in the Network Adapters list.
If there isn't this entry, go to Local Area Connections > Properties, click Install, select Protocol and then press Add. After that, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) option below Network Protocol, click OK and restart your modem and computer.
If the WAN Miniport IP appears in the Network Adapters list, go to Start, type regedit and open the application. Navigate to HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Class > {4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}, select the Export option from the File menu, enter a name, select a destination directory and click Save. Right-click the DriverDesc entry for WAN Miniport (IP) and select Delete. Next, go to Device Manager, expand the Network Adapters list, right-click the WAN Miniport (IP) driver and select Uninstall. Reboot the PC and go to Local Area Connections > Properties, click Install, select Protocol and then press Add. After that, select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) option below Network Protocol, click OK and restart your modem and computer.
The device works with 32GB MicroSDHC Memory Card storage devices only. If you insert other type or something larger than 32GB, the USB card reader will not support it.
I used this USB modem without problems for 3 weeks. Now, it doesn't work anymore. What can I do?
